In addition to this there are other types including ovo lacto and lacto vegetarians. Both of these have their own habits and concerns when it comes to vegetarian health. While an ovo lacto vegetarian doesn’t eat meat, poultry or fish they do eat dairy and eggs. The lacto vegetarians excludes everything but dairy products.

In contrast to the well speculated vegetarian health concerns there are many benefits to becoming one that far outweigh the potential risks. In regards to this, being a vegetarian promotes a healthy and more energetic lifestyle. In addition to this there is no cholesterol in your diet if you follow a vegetarian one, except If you eat dairy products. Strict vegetarians do not need animal products of any kind and as any animal product can seriously up your cholesterol level you should definitely be careful as there are a lot of risk with having . Bad cholesterol levels can not only lead to heart problems but it can also lead to problems in the liver and bladder problems just to name a couple.
