Vegetarian diets are becoming more and more popular nowadays and yet there are many people who do not understand how healthy or unhealthy they are. The vegetarian nutrition, especially for those who do not consume diary can be poor in calcium. But you will be surprised to find out that not only dairy contains calcium but some vegetables are actually very rich in it: broccoli, spinach, kale, seeds, almonds and carrots as well as others.
